It’s an exciting time, and to continue our growth, we are recruiting a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team.
What you can expect as a Senior Customer Success Manager here at Monolith AI:
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Monolith, you’ll play a pivotal role in our customer’s journey. When a new account is being onboarded, the Customer Success Engineer will work closely with the customer to ensure they’re getting as much value from the Monolith software as possible.
Over time, you’ll develop a deep understanding of the Monolith platform. This is a highly technical product in a specialised space so it’s crucial that you’re able to act as a subject matter expert and AI Thought Leader. Of course, we have experts across a number of different positions who you’ll work closely with to get you up to speed throughout your onboarding.
A day in the life of a Senior Customer Success Manager could look like this…
A Senior Customer Success Manager at Monolith serves as a trusted technical and business advisor to enterprise and SMB customers. The role involves deep dives into platform analytics identifying opportunities to enhance platform value for clients. Moving between strategic business reviews, showcasing the tangible impact of the software, and hands-on technical sessions helps customers optimise their engineering frameworks and workflows.
The position demands close collaboration with marketing, sales, solutions engineering, data science, and product teams, leveraging collective expertise to solve complex business and technical challenges. A key focus is consulting with engineering teams, helping them measure and demonstrate the business impact of their initiatives. Strategic account planning alongside project management ensures customers' current needs are met while anticipating future opportunities for growth and innovation in their transformation journey in collaboration with our sales team.
What would set you up for success coming into this role:
- You’ve had prior exposure to the complexity of Batteries and the Automotive industry
- You have at least of five to eight years of experience in Customer Success / Consulting. It’s particularly useful if this is in an engineering environment.
- You’ve had the opportunity to scale a customer-facing function including processes and structures within it.
- You’re not phased by communicating, challenging and influencing stakeholders. Both internally and externally.
- Experience working in a start-up environment is appreciated but not required. We need you to be prepared to pivot quickly and sometimes deal with ambiguity.
- You are fluent in English.
